If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Artemis Yarns order, please let me know. If you would like to replace an item, please send the original item back to me, I will replace it, shipping will be charged.

If don’t want replacement I will either issue a refund or a store credit.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of original sale.
Item must be returned unused, clean, not damaged in any way and properly packaged, in the original packaging or an appropriate one.
